Are you having problems logging into your domain management account? 

Q1. Did you forget your user id and or password

Q2. Do you have access to the email address that is

      stored in your domains Administrative contact

      email address?

If you answered "Yes" to question "Q1" and "Yes" to "Q2", send us an email requesting that we send you, your domain management account logon information.  Make sure to include your domain name.

If you answered "Yes" to question "Q1" and "No" to "Q2", then you will need to print out the "Administrative Email Address Change", complete the required information (as per the instructions) and fax that information to the registry at (416.531.2516).  The registry will change the contact email address and notify you when the changes are made.
