I can never put into words
how much help Nicgrab Hosting gave me to get my web
site back up and running.
I was hosting my web site on
with another hosting service and I started having
problems. I tried to get help by sending emails to their
support mailbox. eighteen in all. I called them on two
occasions and was put on hold for two hours at my
cost then the call was disconnected by their phone system.
After that, I sent a letter by US mail and still
never received a reply from them. I am still Waiting
I contacted Nicgrab Hosting
and ordered one of their hosting accounts. Their customer
service worked with me to get my web site installed up and
running. Without this extra effort on their part, I
would still be down. Service is the number one tool that
make's a customer happy and Nicgrab Hosting is providing
service over and above the rest of the hosting companies.
